Technology (IT) administrator. Our clients consist of business owners
who value having a network of computers that run dependably and economically
without the need for a full time IT Specialist.
eWizard can provide, as a comprehensive or turnkey
system, all of your IT requirements including telephone and network
wiring, the supply and installation of software and hardware and complete
network design starting with a single computer and going to multiple
server environments.
Network Equipment

eWizard supplies efficient cost-effective,
name brand servers (such as Dell, Gateway, Compaq) that function exceptionally
well as file and print servers and computers that operate exceptionally
well as mail servers or database servers. Systems can be customized
by adding or removing options to meet your exact requirements.
· On-premises wiring (Telephone and Ethernet)
eWizard provides on-premises or on-site wiring,
including the design of switches, hubs, routers, PBX systems and modems.

eWizard supports and installs network components
including printers, data storage, and data backup devices as well
as trains your company in their use.
Network Software
eWizard supports, installs and upgrades a range
of operating systems and applications software to create solutions for
your business. Our software services encompass virtually all Microsoft
software, Linux, Sun Solaris, virus protection, database, and mail services
such as Exchange Server, Internet, Web Services and complete monitoring
for network reliability.
Desktop Services
The basis of a well functioning network starts
with high-quality desktop equipment such as that made by Dell, Gateway,
Compaq, Sun and others that can dependably keep your company productive.
eWizard supplies all types of repair, upgrade, installation and remote
connectivity for these desktop systems. We also design systems and sells
components that are proven, reliable and designed to operate remarkably
well with Windows 2000 Professional. Some of these services include:

eWizard is committed to offering the highest
level of Internet access and customer service available. We connect
you directly to the Internet, providing access via modem, ISDN, DSL,
Frame relay, or private line.
eWizard provides customized service options tailored to your Internet
access requirements. We have designed our network, products, and customer
service to meet the range of needs from those of an individual on a
home computer to those of a networked organization. Options for connectivity
speed range from DSL to T3 and beyond.

Technical Support
Standard Rates:On site:
The hourly rate for on-site technical support
is $50.00 with a one-hour minimum. Such service covers all scheduled
maintenance, installations, upgrades and repairs.
In shop:
Our hourly in-shop repair fee is $50.00 not
including pick-up or delivery. Pickup and delivery rates are $25.00
per hour.
Telephone support:
Telephone support carries a minimum charge
of $25.00 per 30 minutes. After 30 minutes we charge our standard
hourly rate of $40 per hour during our normal business hours (8am - 6pm,
Monday - Friday). All calls received outside normal business hours will
follow the Emergency Services pricing plan.
Emergency Rates: On Site:
Emergency technical support or repair time
includes services the client requests be rendered outside of our normal
business hours of 8am-6pm, Monday-Friday. During this period billing
rates are $80.00 per hour, including travel. There is a minimum charge
of 2 hours.
Telephone support:
Emergency telephone technical support includes
calls received outside of our normal business hours of 8am - 6pm, Monday - Friday.
During this period the rate is $30.00 per 30 minutes. After 30 minutes
we charge an hourly rate of $50.00.
